Our platform charges a 5% fee on every completed purchase — this is paid by the buyer on top of the listing price. Sellers receive 100% of their listed price. Withdrawal fees vary depending on the payout method selected and are shown clearly before confirming any withdrawal request. Seller registration and account access Sellers must provide accurate registration details, keep account credentials secure, and complete any verification steps required by the marketplace before listing inventory or requesting payouts. Listing rules and marketplace quality Every listing must accurately describe the account, include truthful platform details, and avoid misleading pricing, duplicate inventory, prohibited content, or any attempt to bypass marketplace review. Payout process and holds Seller proceeds are released after the order is marked complete and remain subject to a standard 72-hour review hold to help protect both parties from fraud, reversals, and delivery disputes. Dispute resolution If a buyer and seller disagree, both parties must cooperate with dispute review, provide requested evidence, and allow the platform to review delivery proof, listing terms, and communications before a final decision is issued. Seller protections The platform may protect sellers from dishonest buyers by reviewing delivery timestamps, message history, proof uploads, and other records before approving refunds, reversals, or account access claims. Buyer refunds Refunds are considered when a listing is materially inaccurate, the seller fails to deliver, or verified evidence shows the buyer did not receive what was promised. Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed. Prohibited activities Users may not engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen account activity, impersonation, spam, unlawful use, market manipulation, or any attempt to bypass escrow, fees, moderation, or trust systems. Platform liability limits Marketing Epic Panel provides marketplace infrastructure, escrow workflow, and moderation support, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, third-party platform policy outcomes, or business results beyond the remedies described in these terms.
